Fashion is art and you are the canvas#Velvet Paper
I have always been a huge fan of high heels since back then which means I have so many pairs to rock to a point where when I suggest that I need a new pair of shoes my mum always gives me the eye. The worst part is that most people assume that am sorted in the shoe department but a girl can never have too many pairs of shoes. I hate doll shoes, I only have one pair of doll shoes out of my 30 pairs of shoes and I bought that when I was on the road and my heels were killing me because I had worn them for hours and hours and Woolworths had a mega shoe sale anyway.
My shoes consist of many pairs of heels, a few pairs of sneakers, a few pairs of sandals and a few pairs of boots. When am doing my blog posts I am always in heels 99% of the time and that makes many people assume that I live in heels. Nobody wears heels all the times, even the so called celebrities because at the end of the day we all want comfort and despite their beauty, heels don’t exactly scream comfort. One of my followers who is also a friend challenged me to be doing one post a month where I will be wearing flat shoes and I never run away from challenges.
I decided that if am going to wear flat shoes and am gonna go there then sandals are the next best thing, can I begin to state the reasons?? Sandals are a life savers because; they are comfortable, add chic to all outfits, allow the feet to breathe and allow Vitamin D to strengthen those bones. Need I say more? I decided to style this look with a pair of sandals and putting in mind that I have been living in them lately, it made more sense for me to show you my #OOTD…outfit of the day. I decided to style my button front skirt with a sleeveless sweatshirt that was a bit bigger because the skirt is short anyway which creates balances on the two outfits. I added a brim hat to add pizzazz on the look . Have a lovely day fellow fashion style moguls!
Stay fashionable, stay stylish and be a fashion style mogul!
