I had totally missed doing my personal style posts but if that means letting a few sponsored posts dominate the blog to pay some bills, then am not complaining on missing out.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder, so I hope that you guys missed me!!!
I have been hosting the fashion segment of an entertainment show on some Television station in my country and it has been a blast. While on the job I met a talented designer who is also the stylist of the show, she is an administrator by day and a designer by night, people got to do what they got to do to survive.
The name of the designer is Elsie and her collection is called Glamourville, design is her passion but she has to be an administrator to pay the bills because design wasn’t cutting it in the survival department. She has showcased on different runway shows and dressed people for red carpets and I have to say she is good.
I decided to showcase a few pieces that she showcased from her last collection and because am not a size 0 or a size 2 like a model I was limited on my choices. The piece on today’s post is the top that can be worn with literally anything from shorts, skirt or tights. This outfit can be worn on the red carpet or as a casual wear, it all depends on the styling. I styled it for a casual wear especially when going for a day time event or a wedding. Do we love it or not?
The details in this design say it all……”The details are not the details. They make the design”#Charles Eames
